These conditions apply to private transfer bookings made on this website. You accept them when you pay, and your booking is governed by the version published at that moment.
Your transfer is sold and provided by Sol Transfer Malaga, the company responsible for the transport service.
Codelabs Studio S.L. (TransfersManager), tax ID B88708797, registered office at Pasaje Federico García Lorca, 6, 3º E, 29130 Alhaurín de la Torre, Málaga (Spain), manages the booking and the payment on behalf of the transport company. That is why the charge shows under its name on your statement, and it is the one that processes your refunds.
Depending on what each transport company offers, you can book:
When you book, you agree to:
What you need to know about the price:
You can cancel from the link in your confirmation email or by writing to the company providing your transfer. Time limits are always counted from the pickup time.
The cancellation policy of your booking is the one of the transport company that sells it to you, and it is shown to you before paying. It is fixed in your booking when you pay: even if the company changes it later, or the transfer ends up being done by another company in the network, the one you accepted applies. If the company has no policy of its own, this general policy applies:
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup and we refund 100% of what you paid.
Between 12 and 24 hours before pickup we refund 50%: by then the vehicle and driver are already reserved for you.
Less than 12 hours before pickup there is no refund, because the service can no longer be given to another passenger.
If you do not turn up at the pickup point without letting us know, there is no refund: the vehicle kept the appointment.
If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time at no cost. If it is cancelled or diverted, we refund 100% even at short notice, because it is not a cancellation on your side. For this we need the flight number in the booking.
We refund 100%, with nothing deducted, when the failure is not yours: if the transport company cancels, if no company can provide the service, if there is a breakdown or another problem on the side of the company or the platform, or if you cancel because we changed your vehicle (section 7).
If the company cancels a confirmed transfer, we refund 100% of the price, with nothing deducted and however much notice was given. If you believe the law gives you a further right because of this cancellation, write to us through support and we will review it case by case.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show in your account depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.
If the assigned vehicle cannot do the service (for example, because of a breakdown), we find another one straight away and let you know about the change. You do not need to do anything; if you prefer not to go ahead, you can cancel and we refund 100%.
If the change is significant (a long delay, a vehicle of a different category from the one you paid for, or a different price), we do not take it for granted: we ask you to accept it, and if you decline we refund 100%.
If your transfer ends up being provided by another company in the network, the price and conditions you accepted still apply. If 24 hours before pickup no company can provide it, we cancel the booking and refund 100% automatically, without you having to ask.
During the transfer you agree to:
Each party is responsible for its own part:
We use your data to manage the booking and the payment, and we share it with the company providing the transfer and with the providers strictly needed to take payment and notify you (for example, Stripe for the payment). We do not sell it or use it for third-party advertising.
The details, including your rights and how to exercise them, are in the Privacy Policy.
The content, trademarks and logos on this website belong to the transport company, to Codelabs Studio S.L. or to their licensors. Do not use them without permission.
It is not allowed to:
The transport company may refuse to start or continue a transfer if the previous section is breached or if there is a risk to people's safety.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can bring a claim before the courts where you live and you keep the protection given to you by the law of your country of residence. In any other case, the parties submit to the courts of Málaga (Spain).
If we change these conditions, the new version only applies to bookings made after it is published. Your booking is always governed by the conditions you accepted when paying.
